it is a hand-made block noodles made from dough. By combining the whole term it
means like the Mee Hoon Kueh made by mother. It is a family business where a
small family runs the business together. Mee Hoon Kueh is a Chinese traditional
food and it can be eaten with either soup or dry. It is nice to have Mee Hoon
Kueh here, as you are able to find back our childhood taste and memories.
