We departure at 7 o’clock in the morning by around 2-hour drive away from Johor Bahru. We reached there at 9:25AM and started to hike up.

Taking group photo before hiking.

During the hiking, there are many big rock and rope for us to hike the decline area.
The trail is quite slope. It is a challenge to us when hiking.

There has staircase made by wood in the halfway.

After 1 hour, we have reached the peak of the Mount Arong. There are another group of hikers also reached the peak and they have brought some fruits such as papayas and watermelon. They gave us a slice of each fruits. We are enjoyed the beautiful view here around half an hour.

Eating fruits and enjoy the view.

After rest, we transverse by hiking down from the other side of Mount Arong which will lead you to a sandy beach. The trail was a bit challenge to us too. It took around one and half hours to reached the beach. The view of the beach is very beautiful to us and chill-out at the beach and enjoy a dip in the sea and then trek back to the vehicle pick-up point.
