Hiang is their pandan cake. ‘Pandan’ is a tropical plant which is also named as
the screwpine. It is used as natural flavoring to produce cake with pandan
flavor without any addition chemical flavorings and so the cake is in light
green color. Therefore, the pandan cake will have faint pandan scent and it
taste slightly sweet. You will desire to eat more once you have tried it.

you should try such as raisin cake and marble cake. Not only the pandan cake,
