Keng Guan Hiang


Keng Guan Hiang is a Chinese tradition bakery shop in Batu Pahat where it sells self-made tradition cakes without any preservatives or colourings.

The most popular and delicious cake that you can get from Keng Guan Hiang is their pandan cake. ‘Pandan’ is a tropical plant which is also named as the screwpine. It is used as natural flavoring to produce cake with pandan flavor without any addition chemical flavorings and so the cake is in light green color. Therefore, the pandan cake will have faint pandan scent and it taste slightly sweet. You will desire to eat more once you have tried it.

Other than pandan cake, there are also some other significant cakes that you should try such as raisin cake and marble cake. Not only the pandan cake, the other hand-made cakes are also organic and have no preservatives or chemical substances.
