Johor Bahru City Square

Johor Bahru City Square is located in the heart of the city because it is just beside the custom and immigration checkpoint. It is a famous local shopping centre in Johor Bahru which located at Jalan Wong Ah Fook, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia and opened since year 1995. In here, it has total 7 floors and more than 300 retailers including restaurants, entertainment and fashion shops.

Audrey is high-quality innerwear for women to show your lines and curves in order to boost confidence in your body. Cotton On is the retailer from Australia. It has quite the collection of menswear and ladies wear. Cotton On famous in designing a basic tees and variety of accessories from shoes to belts, pouches, purses, bags, sunglasses and even scarves. The most important is Cotton On always having promotion to customer and the selling price is reasonable to the consumer. Besides the Audrey and Cotton On, also have Mango Man shop and Hush Puppies shop. Both are fashionable wear or accessories for men and women of all ages and best of all, are reasonably priced with superior quality.

Restaurants
There are a lot of types of dining here. In addition to its wide variety of sushi and other sumptuous Japanese dishes, Sushi King practices meticulous hygiene practices when handling food. Besides that, the Kim Gary is the well-known Hong Kong Style restaurants in Malaysia and the services for the Kim Gary quite good. The most important is the prices for both are affordable to us.

In Johor Bahru City Square, it has UOB Bank and money changer. From the beginning, I have brief that Johor Bahru City Square is beside to the immigration checkpoint and many Singaporean will come to shop here. Money changer and UOB Bank setup at here are useful for them to change their money or withdraw their money. It is convenience us.

Furthermore, Kapitan Local Product is the convenience store or supermarket operated in Johor Bahru City Square. It offers a wide range of local products to customer such as essentials, soft drinks, magazines and snacks. Kapitan also offers a wide range of local biscuits, crackers and crisps which including keropok, rice crackers and cuttlefish crackers. Besides that, it sell many fresh fruits and vegetables too.

Aside from the above, Johor Bahru City Square has many others retail shops such as phone accessories shop, café, jewellery shop and beauty shop. The places we have been visited in there are Starbucks Coffee, Apple Machine shop and J.CO Dunots and Coffee.

The unique to Johor Bahru City Square is the Inner City, an eclectic mix of smallish fashion and accessory shops plus restaurants housed in a tight, quaint setting.

After many hours of shopping, rest the feet in one of the numerous restaurants, game centre, popular book store, cafes or indulge in a soothing foot massage.

Another added point is there is a rooftop garden with multiple stalls selling all kinds of delicacy! The view from the rooftop garden is so beautiful and it has a pond located at the centre of rooftop garden.





Lastly, Johor Bahru City Square is linked to the JB Central and we can follow the signboard to get there.

  1. A good place to shop and dine in the comfort of aircon. A connecting link way from the JB Custom to the shopping mall. Prices at these shopping outlets and dining outlets are reasonable (quality similar to those in Singapore). A good bargain in view of the higher Singapore currency exchange rate. A day visit would be enough to explore and enjoy the facilities.
